Holi 2010

I have to finish this blog later cause this guy got me fair n square through the car window!  Stupid me rolled down the window to get a clear pic and WHAM he got me smack right in the face with the same yellow Holi powder he's covered in!  It's in my ears n everything, including the car interior, so I gotta go wash it off.

I'll post more pics later.  Suffice to say I loved today's Holi celebrations and wish we were on the road earlier today to see the best of the throwing of coloured powder & water bombs!

 

Dunno about previous years but Holi 2010 has been timed perfectly!  The last two days have been almost 30 degrees and of course herald the onset of 8 scorching hot months ahead!

after a Holi party, the girls are thoroughly messy, in non staining Holi powders though!
