Yesterday, bombers targeted Israeli diplomats in Delhi and Tbilisi, Georgia
In the Delhi attack, an American Embassy School mum, on her way to collect her children from school, noticed a motorcyclist sticking something to the rear of her car ... moments later it exploded. This morning's reports state she is in critical but stable condition with spinal injuries from shrapnel from the sticky bomb. Her driver as well as occupants of a car behind them also sustained minor injuries.

I've never really understood why diplomatic vehicles have these obvious & easily identifiable blue
number plates... to me it just screams "target"
